Description
This is a major Chinese Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider. Meaning they handle packages. I order off the tiktok shop and any time yanwen is the company handling my purchase, the item goes missing in transit. There is no way to reach the company. Ive tried via email with no response and telephone, the number is not a working number. Tiktok refunded my money thankfully. I still want to report the company in the hopes that something can be done.
