Hello, I was ordering a cloud subscription through ICam365 and made a purchase thinking it was the cloud for $14.95 on Jan. 06, 2026. During the payment process, Pet Magic Ebooks never came up. Then Wellmind was trying to charge my for $77.00, but it wasn't enough in my account. So they couldn't take the money. I reported it to Ebooks and ICam365. ICam365 said, it was a promotion and it's not part of them. So I told them it doesn't matter because it was on their site. Then they asked me to do a video of it. Who does a video during payment process?? They sound foolish. I screenshot the conversation. It's fraudulent because I found it on my statement and it was never said during the payment process. They shouldn't take advantage of Ppl. I was just putting up my doorbell and trying to get a cloud subscription started.
