If I could give a zero star I would. Delivery took 33 days. Not ideal, but not a deal breaker. Received the wrong product which was defective. It didn’t even work! I have been in communication with Velviene 4x and the issue is still not resolved. I would ?? NOT recommend purchasing anything from velviene.com. Other than being responsive to my emails, their customer service is sadly nonexistent. Also, when you attempt to login on their website to inquire your account, your get an error that states “account.velviene.com server IP address not found”. So unless you like others taking your money and only getting defective merchandise in return, I highly recommend NOT ordering from Velviene.com! 4x and the issue is still not resolved. I would ??
