Description
I ordered a calming plushie for anxiety from trysoftr.com, which I saw advertised in an ad on Facebook. The shipping cost more than the price of the item, so I reached out to them via email to request cancellation/refund on the order. I never received a response to that email; I did, however, receive an email from them the next day saying that my package was about to ship, with a tracking #. The tracking #, and the shipment carrier site gave me faulty/invalid shipping info. It says that they received the shipment info on Aug 13 2025 at 7:27 pm; I just only ordered it 2 days ago, on Monday January 5, 2025.
