After completing my order, I either received a product that did not match the description and images advertised, or the product quality was extremely poor. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, my request was denied or ignored. The return policy appears to be misleading and difficult to enforce. The company creates the impression of being a legitimate U.S. business, but evidence suggests the products are shipped from overseas and the business is not transparent.
