Verisola Inc attempted to bill my insurance (BCBS FEP) for services rendered on 11/17/2025 for Medical Equip/Supply listing as follows: Medical Equip/Supply - $2,258.00 (Remark Code: 565) Medical Equip/Supply - $2,258.00 (Remark Code: 565) Medical Equip/Supply - $5,346.00 (Remark Code: 565) Medical Equip/Supply - $2,796.00 (Remark Code: 565) Medical Equip/Supply - $2,796.00 (Remark Code: 565) Totals: $15,454.00 When I called my account on behalf of my husband (patient named) our insurance company explained that this company had made a claim for these services in Oklahoma (we live in Virginia and have never traveled to Oklahoma). We were passed to BCBS of Oklahoma and they were already investigating this company as a fraudulent report. They requested the company render proof of services and had denied the claim amount. I confirmed with the insurance company that we did not owe anyone any funds for this explanation of benefits and that we were not responsible for any portion of the amount requested. I also conducted a search of this company and noticed other filings of a fraudulent claim made by this same company listed for same dollar amount. The date the claim was received was 11/17/2025 and claim processed on 12/13/2025. Provider was listed as: Verisola Inc and the Type: Non-Participating Provider.
