When purchasing apparel from this company, they were slow to generate an order, and when I eventually received the items, they were nothing like the pictures on the website nor did they match the description. Eg, a courdoroy jacket came with courdoroy-like lines printed, but not actually courdoroy. A houndstooth wool jacket with a leather collar had no leather collar and the houndstooth was printed in very large and very poor resolution. When I asked for a refund, they offered 20%. I said it was unsatisfactory since what I thought I was purchasing wasn't what they sent, and they offered 30%.
