Description
I received a package delivered by Speedx that I did not order. The package has the return label with the following information: JERRY (001) - YASFBARA 9208 Charles Smith Ave., Rancho Cucamonga, CA 97130 The package was shipped to my address and has my name and full address on the label. It has only a small plastic disc inside that has a small post in the middle. This is a scam. I did not order any package or merchandise from a "Jerry Yasfbara". I am uploading a picture that shows the package envelope fully opened to see all info with the disc on a 8 1/2 x 11 paper.
