Description
I ordered a product on their website with 2-4 day shipping. They did not provide tracking information. It did not come in within 2-4 days. I emailed the company asking about my product and they referred me to a different email than the support email. Two to three days after emailing them I received something in the mail that didn’t have the company’s name on it. It had a miniature figure in there that was not even the one that I ordered. The address that was on the package was from the United States. They didn’t put their company name. It only said Hicksville.
