I received a WhatsApp request to join a trading platform to "test" their algorithm. They provided the starting funds. I made a $40k profit, then did a trade which received a margin call and all funds were lost. I was then granted LST coins to hold since the "professor" Charles Bennett wanted everyone to profit in the STB5.0 trading model (that went public 1/5/26 - if you believe that...) I have since tried to trade out of the LST coins to different crypto currency and the account is frozen from trading. I too tried customer service. I send messages and it goes unresponded to. I have sent WhatsApp messages to Ariya Miller ( four different WhatsApp numbers), Charles Bennett, and Kevin Thomas to get the trading block removed with no luck. Luckily I did not have the minimum $25k they request to become a partner, even though they tried to get me to take personal loans or to pull the money from my retirement funds. So I did not loose as much as some of those on the platform.
