This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.

Description

I called Walmart to find out about a return. My phone call was transferred to a AI message for Life Protection. They would send me the device free but have to pay for monitoring service. I received the product and in the terms and conditions pamphlet stated if I did not agree with the terms and conditions I had thirty days to discontinue service. I called two days after receiving the product and the company said they would send a return envelope to return the product but they would not reimburse my payment for monitoring service. I would have to pay for the first month of service which I did not receive
