So I booked a flight last night for a total of $344 us which translates to about 500 Canadian. It was through the site. I was in American airlines flight from 24 hours later it says pending. I got a call from them. It was a California number saying that the type of flight I chose was low standard economy that I do not get online check-in which is fine. I do not have the option of even paying for any bags or carry-on which is not okay. Whatever when I get to the airport and I could be on standby or a for up to a week and I said absolutely not and they tried to back me in a corner saying that my ticket was non-refundable. I was transferred to two mail managers who refused to give me their badge number or their employee number who hung up on me. I called back to California number finally got through to a woman telling her that I was going to charge them with credit card fraud and my husband was currently talking to his credit card company as well as I was on the website reporting them to a better business bureau at f. They still have a 4.4 star review but beware because they will try to take extra money out of your pocket and back you into a corner
