Advertised on the MSN home page are cotton quilted tote bags, table runners, etc. From Verlinn I purchased 2 tote bags and 1 ornament on 11/25/25. I received the merchandise a month later on 12/30/25. The tote bags I received were canvas bags with the image printed on the canvas. The Christmas ornament was a piece of cheap plastic. The items I received were totally misrepresented in the on-line advertisement. I have had a lengthy email dialogue with this company. I asked for a total refund due to the misrepresentation of their products. They responded "The product images in our advertisements are optimized, so it is normal if the product you received differs slightly from the pictures." I asked for a refund repeatedly and they tried to discourage me from returning the items by stating "We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our product. We regret to inform you that you wish to return the item, but please understand the following: 1. You will need to bear the high cost of return shipping. 2. Our warehouse is located in Hong Kong, China. International shipping costs are very expensive, potentially exceeding the price of the product you purchased. Obviously, this is not cost-effective for you, therefore we do not recommend returning the item." I continued to write to them stating to resolve the matter I wanted a full refund, each time they responded with 15%, 20%, & 30% refunds and coupons towards future orders. This company and like ones trading with other names are scamming customers by misrepresenting their products and filling orders with inferior products. These companies should be taken down from the internet, and customers made aware of this scam.
