I went online to buy a Pittsburgh Steelers Jersey and several companies came up so I went with the most inexpensive company to purchase the shirt. It took me to the ordering page where I placed the order but contacted Shopify first to ask how do I contact the store if I have a problem with the order and they told me to click on the return policy page where I would find the contact information which was [email protected] for all returns. After a week went by I noticed that I still had not received any shipping information for tracking the package and I decided to reach out to that company to find out the status. I did not get a response, so I contacted them 3 other times and the last time was to cancel my order and still no response to any of those emails. I then contacted Shopify and had a conversation on their chat line with someone named *******, ticket #******** who I told my story to and also mentioned that I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. I have copies of all conversations, emails sent to the company and the dispute details. They told me that the only way they could help is if I filled out a form on their website but I had to also include the Order Confirmation URL on the form which comes from the confirmation email that the company sent me. In the email, it shows a box that reads "View Order Details" when I clicked on it for the past week, it says "This Site Can't Be Reached" and when I tried to enter the web address of this site on the form, an error came up that it was invaild and I also tried to enter the email address for the store but an error came up that it too was invalid and it wouldn't let me submit the form on Shopify's website. I told ******* about this problem that I was having with the link, but she asked me to keep trying and I felt like she really didn't care and was trying to hurry and end the conversation. I told her that Shopify should also be accountable for this problem because they are allowing fake people to pose at legitimate companies to screw customers out of money for items that they'll never receive and they are working under their platform which makes them look bad.
