The dress does not match the photos on the website at all. The material is cheap and very unpleasant on the skin. The lace is completely different, the style is not the same as advertised, and the color is also different from what was stated. The overall quality is very poor. Additionally, the package was shipped from China, which clearly means the dress is not American-made as the store’s U.S. address suggests. It is an inexpensive Chinese product, not what was advertised or expected. When I contacted the store, they offered only a small partial compensation, which was unacceptable. I insisted on returning the dress for a full refund. After that, the store completely stopped responding to my emails. As a result, we are preparing to take legal action and demand a full refund.
