I saw an add for a hiking stick with integrated survival kit on Facebook and I thought it would be a great gift for my husband. I clicked the link and it seemed legit. So I purchased it. It looks like it got handed off to another company. I will include the confirmation email with the picture of what I was supposed to get. It was supposed to come in a box with a carrying kit and various tools. What I received wasn’t packaged in a box. They sent two rods that they wrapped haphazardly in plastic and don’t even fit together… and that’s all they sent me. The pictures don’t match the item. The handle is completely different. It’s not the same stick. I emailed them and received a response asking for pictures and stuff and they replied saying they sent me the correct item and that they were sorry it’s not up to my expectations … which is just ridiculous. I’m not expecting to get a replacement or refund at this point. I’m still arguing with them on email. I just don’t want this to happen to others. They do not have a phone number available.
