Description

I needed a part for my vehicle. It seemed to be a hard-to-get part. I checked the internet for an opportunity to locate the part. I contacted a place called Turbo Auto Parts and spoke to a subject named Kenny Banks. It all seemed legit throughout the whole process. It did seem strange to me how Kenny Banks wrapped up the deal by telling me it could take 20 days to arrive but said it usually never takes this long. This information was after I paid for the part. Kenny Banks went on to say that they would need to pull the part and clean it up and prepare it for shipping. (I thought this was strange to tell me this). Kenny Banks sent a "secure payment link" and sent me a email with an invoice number. I ordered the part in October 2025, and it is now January 2026, and I still do not have the part.
