I ordered a toy for my son as a Christmas gift on December 10, 2025. The website stated that the item would ship within 2-4 business days. It is currently January 6, 2026 and the item is still not processed; however, my money have been withdrawn. I contacted the seller and there was no resolution in sight. Here is a snip of the language used when I made the order: "Got your order, and we will process and ship it. Under normal circumstances, we ship orders within 24–72 hours. However, due to the high volume of orders before Christmas, our normal shipping time may be delayed by 2-4 days. Please don’t worry – we are doing our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible."
