I received an unsolicited subscription renewal notice and invoice from an entity calling itself “Mindful Metrics LLC,” claiming I had an annual “Hobby” subscription set to renew for $132.00 on January 1, 2026. I have never subscribed to this service, never authorized any recurring billing, and never provided payment information or consent. I do not recognize this merchant and have no account, login, or prior transaction history with them. Despite this, I received: • An automated email stating my subscription would renew and my payment method on file would be charged, and • An invoice (Invoice #27ACD051-0002) demanding payment. After reviewing the company’s website (https://mindfulmetrics.cc), there is: • No user login or account system, • No subscription product or pricing page, • No evidence of how a consumer could legitimately subscribe. I believe this may be an attempted unauthorized charge, deceptive billing practice, or misuse of a payment platform (Stripe) to pressure payment for a service I never agreed to.
