My son ordered a pair of sunglasses and after a month, contacted the company that he never received the shades. The next day we get a notice in the mail that the package had a fraudulent shipping label and now we need to pay $8.40 more to pick up the package. I contacted the company and they don’t believe me. I sent them a screenshot of the notice as well as the tracking information that they sent me confirming that it was delivered on the same day as the notice states. Their resolution is for me to pay the $8.40 and then send the shades back to them at my expense for a refund. At that point I will have doubled the cost of the original shades. It’s a scam. Whether the company themselves are a scam or just their manufacturer in China, it’s not ok and people need to know.
