Description
I purchased a product via a targeted ad on Facebook on November 7, 2025. I received several shipping status updates by email between November 9, 2025 and December 6, 2025. The messages stated that the product began in Tenerife, Spain and had arrived in Moncton, Canada. On December 27, 2025 after receive no further status updates or delivery, I contacted [email protected] to enquire. They responded immediately saying that they had resent my order. The item, a Christmas ornament, arrived on January 3, 2026. It was not what they had advertised. The item they provided was of very cheap quality. The ordering process gives no information about the origin of the item. Only the tracking status indicated that it was being shipped from Spain. The Odourtion webpage does not provide a mailing address, only an email address.
