I ordered jeans that were advertised as "sweat jeans" and after 3 weeks, it finally came but 1 pair very cheap material and other were just a pair of cheap jeans. I wanted to return and given an email to send information. After 2 days I did receive instructions from a "Jessica Puntro" at [email protected] with 2 options to return 1) find something else at store or 2) request full refund. When I requested full refund, I started to recieve "undeliverable" notifications to this email address. I sent 5 times now and all are coming back. I lost my money, have 2 pairs of very cheap jeans that I cannot return. This company is a scam and would like to report to authorities so no others are victimized.
