I placed an order for shin guards with PFG Sports on December 5, 2025 (Order #****). On December 8, 2025, I received an email stating that my order had shipped, along with a USPS tracking number (******************************). However, as of January 8, 2026, I have not received the order. The USPS tracking status continues to show “Pre-Shipment – USPS Awaiting Item”, dated December 9, 2025, indicating that the package was never tendered to USPS. I attempted to contact PFG Sports multiple times to resolve this issue: On January 1, 2026, I emailed [email protected] to inquire about the status of my order and received no response. On January 2, 2026, I left a message through the chat feature on the PFG Sports website. I only received an automated response stating, “Thanks for your message! We’ll be with you as soon as we can. If you prefer not to wait, we'll follow up via the contact info you provided.” No follow-up occurred. I sent another message through the website chat on January 6, 2026, and again received no response. To date, I have not received the product, any shipping confirmation beyond the initial email, or any response from the company.
