Description
I ordered products two weeks before Christmas, the products never arrived, and the "Last mile" tracking number that they gave me (USPS or UPS) was not valid. Customer service was not helpful, and basically tried to delay me from disputing the claim with VISA. I purchased York Miller's (Shipping protection) which did not help in this case, and from the best I can tell is just a scam.
