After placing an order, I attempted to initiate a return and refund. I contacted the company multiple times via phone, voicemail, email, WhatsApp and text message – all of which are recommended contact methods via their website. I received no response. The phone number provided connects to an unprofessional voicemail, which sounds like a very young child, which also raises concerns about whether the business is actively operating or intentionally avoiding customer service obligations. Despite listing a U.S. office in New Jersey, there appears to be no legitimate customer support available. Because the company is unresponsive and has not honored its refund obligations, I believe this business poses a risk to consumers. I am submitting this complaint to document the issue, request accountability, and help protect other consumers from similar experiences. I no longer have access to the email address used at checkout (******************) and therefore cannot retrieve the exact order number; however, the merchant can easily locate the transaction using my name and payment records.
