My experience was exactly like a previously reported one: While checking the status of a pending insurance claim, my husband noticed a claim from Verisola, Inc. for $15,454.00 for durable medical equipment. This is NOT a claim for something we received, so I called our insurance company to report it. They attempted to call this company, they were put on hold, supposed to be transferred to someone, put on hold again, etc. until this company finally hung up on the insurance company. While I was on hold, I did a search for this company and found that there are MULTIPLE negative reviews about fraud, billing for items never requested and never answering the phone or hanging up when attempts are made to resolve the problem. I looked to see if they had a Facebook page, which they didn't, but I saw a post from someone about the exact same fraud that they had happen for over $10,000.00 for medical equipment that their insurance company was billed for. This person is local, so she drove to the address listed, and there is NOT a company by this name at this location, although the company who is there said they get a lot of people looking for this business. Verisola, Inc. is a FRAUD and a FAKE company who does nothing but SCAM insurance companies and Medicare/Medicaid out of money with FRAUDULENT medical claims for items that people have not requested and doctors haven't requested. Obviously, they have been part of a data breech and have access to these insurance companies information to bill these fake claims! They need to be STOPPED and ARRESTED!!! Please check your insurance claims for anything like this and report it to their fraud department immediately!!!
