I entered into an agreement with Drew’s Fabrication And Design LLC, located at 16850 Road 26, Madera, CA 93638, for fabrication services and/or parts. Payment was made on 7/31/2025 in the amount of $998.00. At the time of payment, I was given a promised completion or delivery timeframe of 6 - 8 weeks. After payment was received, communication from the business became inconsistent and eventually stopped. Multiple attempts were made to contact the business by phone, text, and social media messages to request updates, confirmation, or delivery information. These attempts either went unanswered or were met with vague assurances that were not followed by action. As of 1-6-2026, the agreed-upon work and/or product has not been delivered, no tracking information has been provided, and no refund has been issued. The business has failed to meet the terms that were represented at the time of sale. I have since discovered that the business lists multiple addresses, including a registered agent address at 17492 Lane Dr, Madera, CA 93638, which has further complicated attempts to resolve this matter. There is no publicly listed email address, and the company’s website appears inactive or nonfunctional. I am requesting one of the following resolutions: • A full refund of $998.00, or • Delivery of the agreed-upon product/service by a confirmed date with verifiable tracking information. To date, Drew’s Fabrication And Design LLC has failed to communicate in good faith or resolve this issue. I am submitting this complaint to document the matter and seek assistance in obtaining resolution.
