Description

My vehicle battery was not strong enough to turn over starter, although the dash lights still worked. Contacted my roadside assistance provider AmFam Connect. They sent out a service technician from RoadRunners USA MiamiDade Corp. The technician pretended to connect cables to my battery. Car wouldn't start. He told me my battery was old, defective and read 0. It could not be charged. I needed a new battery and he could sell me one. I informed him that the battery was under 2 years old and still had a charge. When I told him that the same thing happened to me 2 yeats prior, and I had disputed the credit card charge. The charge was canceled. He then connected the cables to the batter and my car started immediately.
