I searched for a pair of Steve Madden boots and their website came up as having the boots I wanted with a 40% discount for the holidays. To good to be true! That should have been the first red flag. I placed the order thrice their website. Received a confirmation of my order along with an order number. Then I received a Kim to a tracking company called Traci718 to track my order. That’s when I realized it was potentially coming from China. When I reached out to inquire when my order would be delivered they said it was in route. 17 days later Ilwhwn I went to track my order it said it was delivered. I never received it and when I reached out to them they never responded. I researched The tracking company Track718 and found out this tracking company is used in many scams especially for international scammers. I paid via credit card and have since canceled my card and there were no further charges except the initial payment.
