Description
An ad on Facebook featured a cat toy that flies in the air and was promoting a "buy 1, get 1 free" sale. I made the purchase for a total of $29.99 plus $2.95 for shipping, for a total of $32.94. The order was placed on Nov. 8, 2025 for one "Flying Bird Cat Toy - Sparrow" and one "Flying Bird Cat Toy - Yellow". On Nov. 10, 2025, the shipment indicated "On its way" with a YunExpress tracking number. The package arrived about a month later, however the contents inside were not what was ordered. Instead of toys with flapping wings, they were plush and made noise. I contacted the company via their online Contact Us form twice. After the second time, I received a response from "Kim" from their support team on Dec. 6. She indicated that the wrong version was sent and asked to confirm if my contact details remained the same to send the correct version. After confirming those details on Dec 8. and multiple follow up emails to today, I have yet to receive any further communication or package. The website now appears to be offline through Shopify, though a pop-up related to the Cate Meowdy store is still active on the site.
