I ordered a sweatshirt from Caliboot. When it arrived late it did not match what was in the picture online. It also ran extremely small and was poor quality. When I emailed to return, Alexa (customer service rep) emailed back that I would have to send pics of the items and return it to the China warehouse. Per their return policy, they should have had to pay for the return cost, but she said no. She then provided me with a form to complete to send back to their warehouse in China, even though it was sent from a "store" in Illinois when it cleared customs. That "store" turned out to be fake. The address of the warehouse in China is also fake. When I called the number listed on their website it says they are not taking phone calls at this time.
