Description
Legit advertisement on Instagram of a large handheld torch for lighting fires while camping. Short video clips of men using the product shown in the advert. I searched the website independently from the instagram ad. Website had several products for sale. I purchased the torch. It did not arrive, after two weeks I emailed the company and they emailed back almost immediately saying they were a small business trying to keep up with high demand. And the product should arrive within 11 business days. Well it didn’t. I emailed again. And they responded with assurances. Still hasn’t arrived, almost a month later. Tracking shows “tracking information received” in China. And now website of blue flame tools is no longer available. SCAM.
