I began filling out a report about this particular interaction I was encountering. One of the questions on the BBB scam report requested the location claimed by the scammer. I could not answer that question, so I returned to the text thread: MY RESPONSE: "Where is the company based out of, just curious?" XOVARA/ELENA: "The headquarters is based in Poland but has different branches across the globe."
