This company’s website shows a storefront and includes ordering categories with reasonably written descriptions. The products are sent via GOFO in about 3 weeks with a return address of 5215 S Boyle Ave in Vernon CA 90058. Since the women’s shirt did not match the product image and would perhaps have fit a 10-12 year old, I sought to return it. I was advised that to save me the inconvenience of international return to China, the company would refund me 10% of the purchase price. When I advised that I was alerting the FTC, econsumer.gov and the BBB, the refund went up to 30%. After a few more emails, I was sent a return address in China at my expense with multiple junctures at which I suspect my full refund would be blocked. I will attempt to attach their emails, and I advise potential customers to consult TrustPilot reviews: we have all had similar experiences. This company is offering poorly constructed goods without manufacturer labels (or care labels in Chinese) that are irregularly sized. Although they offer “hassle-free shipping and easy returns,” both are scams. This company needs to be prohibited from advertising or at least flagged as fraudulent.
