Description
I placed an order through Luxefyx on 11/30, a popup from the TikTok shop. I received a confirmation email from [email protected] with a tracking number. The tracking number has provided information that it was shipped using Jifan International and there has been tracking information updated over the past month on legitimate international package tracking websites, including whatever was sent coming in through LA Customs clearance. I contacted the company on 12/22 through email asking about the package and customs clearance and received a response. The tracking said the package was delivered yesterday, which it wasn't, so I sent another email today, which was rejected by the server and bounced back. They must have blocked my email address. Attempts to contact Luxefyx and Closenashop have not been successful.
