Scam information

This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.

Description

I made a purchase for clothes on what I thought was Swank A Posh website. It wasn't until after I checked out and I received a confirmation email from Aurilena that I realized something was wrong. Using the email address in the confirmation email, I immediately sent an email to Aurilena asking that they cancel my order. They refuse to cancel my order stating that it had already been shipped, which was unusual because I had just placed the order less than 24 hours prior to me reaching out to them. A month later I received notification that my package had been delivered. There was no package delivered to my home. The tracking information does not provide any details about who the carrier is which is suspicious. This company is scamming people by posing as a legitimate business. I used Klarna to pay for the items and have a claim open with them as well that is still pending.
