Description
My nephew sent me a website to purchase Christmas presents for him. It was called White Mountain supply. I went onto the website ordered several items used my Macy’s American Express card and waited. They said it was being sent to the carrier and I would receive a tracking number I emailed them 4 to 5 different times to the website email that they provided . I never got a response and to this day, I never received the merchandise. I ordered the items on December 19, 2025. I googled the website and they said it was an AI generated website. They took pictures from a legitimate snowboarding company and do not use them. It is a scam. Unfortunately, this has never happened to me before I do have a claim in with my American Express to dispute the charges. But this is crazy and I’m sure it has happened to other people.
