Ordered a Charlie Kirk shirt on 9/21/2025. They charged my credit card immediately. Traded emails with company on 10/14/15, 11/4/25, and 12/8/25. Was told 3-5 days for shipment, then told 12 weeks for shipment, then sent a tracking number that was invalid, then suddenly told via a readable tracking number on their end that I received my merchandise back on 11/3/25. I have received nothing. I informed them that I was turning them into the BBB for fraudulent sales. As an aside, I located an email address for the official Turning Point USA merchandise store and was told "After checking into this, it looks like your order may have been placed through a site that isn’t directly affiliated with our official TPUSA merch store."
