Description
I ordered Compression Gloves online on December 31st, 2025 for a Buy 1 Pair Receive 1 Pair Free for a total of $83.00 CDN. I received a confirmation #GQUK08HNE that I have attached. I then saw it on my credit card statement as a pending charge. I then received an email from their [email protected] that stated I still had items in my cart and and I should Complete My Order. I emailed them back right away to advise there was nothing left in my cart and gave them a screen shot of my order confirmation and asked them when my order would be shipped. I received no response. I then received another email from the 'owner' saying I still had items in my cart. I received no response. I have received no response from anyone at this company, My credit card has now been charged in full for the purchase and I have received NO product. I emailed again today (Jan. 3, 2026) advising them that I have contacted the BBB. Please advise next steps.
