Description
The Retrosnap advertises online, saying that they will send you a handheld game console with pre-loaded games. The promise to deliver the console in 4-9 days, but nothing has been delivered. They promise to deliver the console, but it has been over two weeks and nothing has arrived. When you attempt to cancel an order since they were unable to deliver the product on time, they state that the order cannot be cancelled since the delivery has already been shipped. I have reported them to my credit card company as a fradulent scheme.
