I placed an order with Amai Amara at the end of November and was charged in full at the time of purchase. After several weeks with no delivery and no shipping or tracking information, I contacted the company multiple times for an update. I received repeated responses from Amai Amara stating that the order was processed but delayed due to high seasonal demand. Each response promised that the order would ship soon, but no concrete shipping date or tracking number was ever provided. More than a month has now passed since the order was placed, and I still have not received the product. Despite continued follow ups, Amai Amara failed to fulfill the order or provide proof that it has shipped. The lack of delivery, repeated vague assurances, and absence of tracking information indicate a failure to provide the goods that were paid for. I am reporting this to warn others to be cautious, as payment was taken but the product was never delivered within a reasonable time frame.
