I contacted this so call Austin Hedley to see what my options were to save our home. I had something with his contact info on a card that we had received in our mailbox one day. We were behind on our mortgage payments and Austin Hedley told me that he could get the Foreclosure by putting the house in his name and we could just rent it back from him. He did stop the Foreclosure somehow and made one payment only when we paid him first. The thing is he left the loan in my son's name and did not buy the house he just supposedly caught the payments up. When we sent him another payment he did not pay the mortgage company and when I contacted him he told me he had sold our house to someone else without my knowledge. I called my mortgage company and they said no one has bought the house. So, my money was just taken and I am scared that something sneaky will be done behind our backs to take our home. Now, we are a little late on mortgage payments because of this!
