Product took almost a month to arrive. Product is not the quality or size ordered. Shipped by a third party that was never included in the tracking information. Must be shipped back to Germany if you are approved for a refund. Queen size blanket is smaller than a twin size would be, and the king size blanket is about the size of a twin size blanket. The blankets were suppose to be 9 layers, and are barely thicker than a flour sack tea towel. There is no contact phone number on their website, and no address or anything that states the country of origin unless you dig into the fine print in the returns policy section.
