Description
Ordered 12/8/25 from Force Gear. 3 sets of retractable ratchet straps for Christmas gifts. Received email confirmation from Force Gear that order was being processed. I tried to reach the website customer support but couldn’t find it anymore. I tried to reply to the 12/8/25 email on December 27, 2025 asking where my product was. The email address Force Gear was no longer available. The website is long gone also. I was able to contact my CC company prior to paying the bill and have disputed the claim. Hopefully, I’ll get my money back but it’s not guaranteed. I have too many documents to attach to this msg., but feel free to contact me for them. It could be helpful to someone else down the road.
