I should have looked at the reviews but I purchased a mug that claimed it was authentic crystal as a gift for my son, after I received it I was appalled that any business could get away with distributing such garbage for a price thats ridiculous! I looked into reviews and it appears theyve scammed a lot of people this way without honoring their refund policy. In my pictures I'll share what was advertised vs. What I received. The bottom right pic in the collage is what they were advertising, clearly this is rosen with a metal insert, and poorly painted, the only way this would be worth keeping is if it were given by an elementary child as a handmade gift, thats the quality here. They dont seem to be replying to my emails and that seems consistent with how others shares their experience. They should be shut down, instead they are gaining wealth by deceiving people. I want my money back and any action taken wouldnt be enough for this kind of business.
