Description
The site Hudson and Mark sells cheap products not as described online. They show a fake photo of a store that doesn’t exist. The phone number on the site is not an actual number. They are based in Hong Kong. The package I received contained cheap “outdoor” pants with no lining as opposed to the Sherpa lining advertised. The return address was “Abby Adkins, 805 Bonnie St LN Elk Grove, Chicago IL 60007”. This address is associated with online scams and is an abandoned warehouse. I emailed requesting a full refund. An AI response from “Alexa” informed me that I could accept a full refund but would have to ship the pants to China at my own expense or accept a 75% refund. Note there was no mention of China or a discounted amount on their site which promised easy returns. This company is bad news and there are many online reports of deceptive advertising g and poor quality products. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
