My husband viewed the Ironway site looking for a watch. The site referenced ?? 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801. I ordered a watch. The next day I received an email mentioning the product was coming out of China. I emailed support@ ironwaywatches.com. to cancel the order. They said the order was in transit and could not be canceled. I could follow their refund process to return. I emailed with their support team for a week each time receiving various incentives to keep the watch. Every time I replied the same - I do not want the watch. I want to return it. After the fifth email they said I could return it. I would have to pay return shipping and fill out their return form. Return shipping is to China. The package the watch came from was shipped from: Shipping department 1055 Sesame St. Franklin Park, IL 60131.
