Description
The Final Notice Warranty letter came in a plain white envelope with a glassine window showing my address. It contained my name, address, Customer ID#, Expiration Date for my coverage, and 1-888-413-5452 immediate response phone number. The person who signed the notice is Vicky Mercer, Program Director, 1-888-413-5452.
