I ordered a jacket from Dravoks - see order and photo in attachment. The jacket received is nothing like what was advertised as my order. On the day I received (12/25/25), I emailed the company to inquire about return process. Their website advertises easy returns. The response I received was that they would be a 5-7 day time frame where they would determine if I could return the item. While I may never receive my money back from this company, others need to be aware of how their products are misrepresented. I clearly thought I was ordering a cable knit type of jacket. You will see from the photos provided that this is not what was receive. Thank you.
