Description
I watched an advertisement on YOUTUBE.com https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zv0AKkOVjto - this is the ad. This ad go on about 100 - 700 diopters these glasses can do and how they aren't allowed to put the product in certain stores such as Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc. I purchased the glasses to see if they actually work and received them as well. The glasses are not as advertised and they were scratched up and damaged. Went back to the seller to return the product and get the purchase price back and a series of different "people" sent me replies and eventually I stated to give me the money back and then they come up with "I would like to inform you that we are experiencing an error while processing the refund. Kindly contact your bank to remove the restrictions so that we continue the refund procedure." in the email. I then stated that you took the money out of the account just fine why can't you put it back or send me a check. They sent the same response. I have sent the entire email chain in an attachment to you. Thank you for any assistance you can give.
